Hello there,
I’m L, and at 24 for the past year for the first time in my life I’ve started asking myself bigger questions.
What kind of person do I want to become?
What am I doing every day?
Which habits shape my life?
Why do I think the way I do, and how do those thoughts affect the person I’m becoming?
Over the past year, my perspective has changed quite a bit. I went from simply living day to day, focused only on the present, to thinking more about my future self and the life I’m trying to build.
I know I’m not the only one. At some point, most of us feel a little lost. We question our direction, our choices, and whether we’re making the most of the time we have. I’ve realized that those moments aren’t something to avoid—they’re part of growing.
“These are simply notes from a work in progress.”
Why “Notes in progress”
Because this isn’t a place where I’ll pretend to have all the answers. It’s a place where I’ll try to ask better questions—and hopefully grow because of them.
I’ll write about emotions, habits, ambition, failure, mindfulness, relationships, work, and the small moments that quietly shape who we are. Some posts will be personal stories, others will simply be thoughts I’m trying to understand.
More than anything, this publication is a way for me to think more clearly. Writing forces me to slow down, reflect, and make sense of ideas that would otherwise stay scattered in my head.
If any of those thoughts resonate with you, I’d be happy to have you along for the journey.
Welcome to Notes in Progress.
